The Architecture Department at the School of Architecture, Art and Design (SAAD) at the American University in Dubai (AUD) presented “archEatable: A Journey through Architecture and Patisserie,” an innovative interdisciplinary course led by Professor Jose Carrilo. The course introduced students to advanced concepts in digital design and fabrication by creating a unique intersection between architectural theory and pastry-making techniques.
